The races
within reach
The great offshore races and Caribbean regattas that a PB72 program could contest. Which events she sails is decided with the owners and partners who come aboard.

Between races
Delivered,
ready to race
Between events the professional crew would deliver the boat. They go by sea where the passage makes sense and by ship where it doesn’t, then complete the inspection, maintenance and set-up for the next course. Owners and guests fly in to a boat that is measured, rated, entered and ready.

Figures from the Morrelli & Melvin general arrangement (PB72_001, Rev A, August 2022) and the Persico Marine build specification. Displacements are approximate as-built figures from Ferdinand van West (2026); righting moments are design estimates; performance figures are VPP predictions, calculated at the 20,280 kg design racing displacement.
Every cell is a predicted boat speed from the velocity prediction program. The circled cells are the targets PB72 has already hit in her first sea trials, with the foils still trimmed by hand. Each one came in on target.
